registration services for all national top-level domains.
You have to register the domain names for yourself.
Each NIC has it's own rules and policies. So, you have to check first if you meet the
requirements to register a national top-level domain.

- domain name can only be registered by local ISP
- domain name can not be hosted outside of the country
