MivaMerchant and the possibility to process credit card payments

MivaMerchant supports many different merchant account providers/payment gateways by default

What does it mean "it is supported by default"? Well, by default means, that you don't have to develop your own payment module for your Miva Merchant, that can communicate with your merchant account.

It's already implemented, you have only to enter your merchant ID#, your certificate and the gateway URL for the configuration.
It's not necessary to hire a web developer / Miva programmer. This can save you up to $1,000.00 !!

You are the lucky merchant, when you are working with one of the following:

Cardservice/LinkPoint Payment Gateway (we can help you to get a merchant account with them)
PayPal
Innovative Gateway Solutions
Rodopi Payment Gateway
U.S. Merchant Systems
Authorize.Net Payment Services v3.0
E-Commerce Exchange/QuickCommerce 3.0 Payment Gateway
Moneris e-SELECT Payment Service
GlobalCommerce Payment Gateway
CyberSource ICSv2 Payment Services
Paradata Payment Service
Verisign Payflow Link
Verisign Payflow Pro (PaymentNet)

Note: If you can't use a payment gateway with your current merchant account provider you can collect the credit card numbers (instead of processing them in real time) and process them manually with the following payment module:
Credit Card Payment With Simple Validation
(this is working with EVERY merchant account - assumed that your merchant account provider allows you to collect credit card numbers over the Internet)

The figure below shows the payment module administration for the LinkPoint Payment Gateway. It is easy as 1-2-3 to add the payment module for your merchant account.

You simply click on the left side "Payment Configuration" at your store menu and activate the already included Cardservice/Linkpoint payment module (or the appropriate one for your merchant account).
Click Update.

Then you click the Cardservice/LinkPoint link on top of the screen.
Enter the necessary merchant data (in this case Store Name, Server, Digitial Certificate), which will identify you and select the types of payment that you want to offer. Click update, that's it. You are finish.
